At The Supply Coast, we take pride in overseeing every step of our process — from seed to sale — to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. Each product is carefully crafted, tested, and packaged with integrity before leaving our facility.

Once your order has shipped, however, it is no longer under our direct control. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on any products. This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of our products and to comply with applicable health and safety regulations.

Please note that The Supply Coast is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. We will, of course, do our best to assist you in this process, but final responsibility rests with the shipping provider.

That said, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. The Supply Coast reserves the right to issue refunds or replacements at the sole discretion of its management team. Refunds may be considered in situations such as:

  • Orders that arrive damaged during transit
  • Incorrect items shipped in error
  • Other exceptional circumstances determined by our team

If you believe your order qualifies for review under this policy, please reach out to us. We ask that you provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue so that we can quickly assess your request.
